This 2 storey, 3 bedroom home is located just minutes from Port Cygnet Bay and has such an abundance of charm that they had to put a separate (tiny) studio on the land – which we might be even more in love!
The views alone are enough to make us want to leave the city life and move here, however if that isn’t enough for you, wait until you see the interiors… the kitchen and dining area are open plan with a separate lounge and sunroom.
Exposed beams, timber floors and more windows than you can imagine add further charm to this craftsman built cottage.
We really can’t decide what feature we are most in love with but the stone fireplace (shown below) is certainly putting up a winning fight.
All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and take full vantage of the roof space with sloping timber ceilings and beautiful views out of the many windows.
The bedrooms vary in size with the largest being 5.2 x 5 metres!
Did we forget to mention the home is located on 5 acres complete with a winter stream, a dam, a vegetable garden, hen house and fruit trees!
And FINALLY we get to our favourite part of this home – the even smaller separate studio!
This tiny home is absolutely divine and even comes with its own fireplace (perfect for those cool Tasmanian evenings)!
The studio has a double bed, front porch, shower and as perviously mentioned before – a fully working fireplace.
If you want to learn more, buy or even just look as some more pictures (there’s a lot more) head over to the property’s profile.
